"Crealy Great Adventure Parks installed MStore in 2002 when the system was in its infancy. Since then Merac has worked hard to make the system complete in every respect. All revenue from the parks is handled within MStore and we have come to rely totally on the reports and information contained within.

The CRM aspect of Merac handles all our business diary entries, enquiries, bookings and repeat marketing. It integrates well with our telephone and online sales.

Support on the system is always prompt and we are even able to contact Merac on weekends and Bank Holidays! I would recommend MStore to any visitor attraction that wants a complete solution to their day to day IT needs.

The Big Sheep…

We have Merac tills in every area here at The Big Sheep, and we are delighted with the performance of the system. We can control and manage so much more, from setting up codes and items, creating the till screens through to running reports and statistics. It is great to have a networked system so that we can monitor visitor numbers and income at any point during the day from any PC on site. It is also helpful that Merac can ‘dial in' to the server, so at any time they are on hand to help with problems we may have, or to upload the latest version of software. In fact, 99% of all our technical problems can be resolved through broadband internet access.

We have been very pleased with the level of service that we have received from Merac. From the initial set up through to after sales support, nothing is too much trouble. The continuing development of the till system is also great and any requests from us are considered and the system updated where possible to make it specific to our business needs.

Wooky Hole Caves Ltd…

As part of our growth at Wookey Hole Caves we have built a brand new 200 seater self-service restaurant.   We looked around for a suitable computer system that would be equally happy running the tills in the restaurant as it would in our shops and admissions booths.  We found that system – MStore from Merac and took our first steps toward full EPOS integration.   Merac delivered the system without fuss, installed the system alongside all the building works going on and then trained the staff to our tight timescales.   A member of staff from Merac was on hand the day we went live and now after two weeks we still haven't needed to call their support desk!  Who said installing a computer system was a headache?  We are now planning the rollout of the system to our other departments.

Kent's Cavern Ltd…
