The Help Desk

The Merac help desk provide technical and operational support.

Because the support team are all technicians - not just call takers - you can be confidant that your query will be dealt with in a professional manner and resolved as quickly as possible.

The general support line is available during normal office hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00 until 17:00.

If you are experiencing trading issues then you can also contact support on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 09:00 until 17:00

Support is also available outside these hours by special arrangement.
