TICKETING FAQs

Here are answers to some common questions we are asked about ticketing.

Upon booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please print this and bring it with you on the day of your visit. If you don’t have access to a printer just bring your booking reference (included on the booking confirmation) and show it to our staff at the admissions tills. Your emailed booking confirmation will be exchanged for tickets.

What if I miss my time slot?

We will always try to accommodate you if we can. If we're busy, you may have to wait for a little while but we have an exhibition, café and a shop that you might like to pass the time in.

Please note that if you have a booking near the end of the day the last shuttle departs from the visitor centre to the monument one hour before the advertised closing time and the final shuttle from the Stones back to the visitor centre will depart from the monument half an hour before closing. This will give you approximately 20 minutes at the monument. The shop, café, exhibition and toilets shut promptly at closing time.
